Suzuki Queensland has recalled 26 vehicles across the Vitara and S-Cross model lines, due to a fault which could lead to a brake fluid leak.

“Due to a manufacturing defect, the left rear brake pipe line may have been damaged during assembly. If this occurs, it could lead to a brake fluid leak, resulting in reduced braking performance,” said Suzuki Auto Co in its recall notice.

“A reduction in braking performance could increase the risk of an accident causing injury or death to the rider and/or passenger, or other road users.”
