North Albany Senior High School hosts night of glamour and fun for Year 12 ball at Albany Entertainment Centre

North Albany Senior High School students had a night of glamour at Albany Entertainment Centre, with Year 12 students and their partners dressing up for the annual school ball. Students and partners dressed in their finest to fit the theme of a night of glitz and glamour on March 22. The event captured the students’ final memories of their last year of schooling, and gave them a chance to look back on their high school experience before exams and graduation at the end of the year. Mason McCandless and Dona Gineesh were voted beau and belle of the ball, and received sashes to wear for the rest of the night. Year 11 and 12 student services program co-ordinator Julie Duthie said the occasion was a night to remember for everyone involved. “The recent Year 12 Ball at the Albany Entertainment Centre was a fantastic evening, with over 130 NASHS students and their guests coming together to celebrate in style,” she said. “It was wonderful to see everyone dressed in their formal attire, enjoying the stunning venue, delicious food, and great music. “Staff who attended were genuinely proud to see our students embracing the occasion and making the most of this special night. “A big thank you to Bob and Thelma from the ACE Camera Club for our beautiful photos, Kevin our DJ who kept the dance floor full all night and the staff from the AEC who, as always, made our students and their guests feel special.”
