Call for kitten foster families

Sound Telegraph

Cat Haven is calling on Rockingham and Kwinana residents to help reduce the number of foster kittens and adopt a furry friend.

A spokeswoman said the new year was one of the busiest times for Cat Haven, with dozens of kittens arriving daily along with lost, stray and abandoned cats.

She said more than 400 kittens and cats were in foster care, and more than 50 kittens were at the Cat Haven shelter or Pet Barn stores.

The spokeswoman said they were desperate for people to adopt a pet.
