Comp’s perfect swell worth the wait

Conditions were spot on for the Secret Harbour Surf Beach Boardriders’ final competition of 2016 on Sunday. The event had been postponed because of a lack of swell and the wait paid off for the 80 competitors, with a 1.5m swell and offshore winds providing perfect waves.

The Boardriders thanked all parents, sponsors and club members for making 2016 a fantastic year and looked forward to 2017.

An end-of-season awards presentation and AGM will be held on November 19, with all welcome.
