The men’s and women’s Flames sides both enjoyed wins over the Perry Lakes Hawks at the weekend.

The women remain at the top of the ladder with an impressive 15-0 record while the men sit second with a 13-5 record.

The women were up by more than 30 points at half-time before cruising to a 39-point win.

Import Sami Whitcombe had 28 points and 10 rebounds.

The Flames men registered an 18-point win to get them back in the winning circle after two previous losses.

Cooper Land was again dominant with 42 points and 10 rebounds.

Brother and fellow import Taylor Land bounced back in front with 20 points, nine assists and five rebounds.

The Flames face the Stirling Senators at Rockingham’s Mike Barnett Sports Complex on Saturday night.
