Rockingham Theatre had a full house for its opening performance of Out of Order last week.

A popular comedy written by world-famous playwright Ray Cooney, the production was directed by Alison Gibson and Peter Francis.

The opening night was used as a fundraiser for Rockingham Rotary Club.

The show tells the story of Richard Willey, played by Ian Spencer, a junior minister in Parliament, who persuades Jane (played by Claire Gasper), a young secretary from the Opposition, to meet up with him in a hotel for a secret weekend.

The pair find a body in their suite and call on work colleagues to take charge of things, leading to funny moments and trouble.

Out of Order will continue on August 19, 20, 26 and 27, with a matinee on August 21. Visit [|www.rockinghamtheatre.com] .
