The heart-warming story of wartime frontline entertainer Al Jolson will be shared at Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on November 19.

A Million Miles — The Al Jolson Story reveals the truth of his family life, his ego and his tireless work in World War II and the Korean War. It explores Jolson’s walk from obscurity to becoming one of the most famous performers of all time.

Talented actor and singer Paul Peacock will take the lead role to deliver songs that include Swanee, Sonny Boy, You Made Me Love You, April Showers, California Here I Come, Let Me Sing and I’m Happy, Quarter to Nine, Toot Toot Tootsie and Carolina in the Morning.

Tickets cost $25 adults and $20 FOMPAC members.

A complementary morning tea for ticket holders will be served from 10am.
