Man found with leg wound

Rockingham detectives are seeking the public’s assistance after a 32-year-old Midland man was found with a serious leg wound in Warnbro on Sunday.

Police were called to parkland near Dress Circle in Warnbro about 3pm on Sunday after reports from the public that a man with a seriously injured leg was in the area.

St John Ambulance officers attended to the man before he was taken to Rockingham Hospital.

He was later transferred to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.

Detectives would like to speak with anyone who was in the area of Dress Circle and Derby Close between 1.30pm and 3.30pm on Sunday.
