Australia’s premier Alanis Morissette tribute experience will take to the stage at Bar Indigo next month, performing the Canadian singer-songwriter’s greatest hits.

Little Pill consists of well-known Rockingham musicians Paul and Tzudy Weir with members Robert Ellement, Marcus Cavelle and Matt King.

The Weirs are well versed in the Morissette sound, having rocked every high-profile venue in Perth and WA in the 1990s and 2000s as part of Alanis Chili Jam.

They embarked on North West and South West tours, sellout shows and residencies at Metropolis Fremantle and Metro City Northbridge.

The couple have made regular appearances on the Perth music scene for many years, appearing on TV shows such as Kid’s Company, Appealathon, Telethon and The Morning Show with Jenny Seaton.

Paul and Tzudy are now both college lecturers at one of Rockingham's leading music education facilities, Castlerock, and recently decided to return to their performance roots by forming Little Pill.

“I love Alanis because she sings very candidly about so many issues that affect us all,” Tzudy said.

“She has been described quite rightly as one of the most lyrical artists of her time.”

The new and improved line-up promises to leave crowds of all ages in a frenzy, fuelled by hit after hit of Alanis’ discography and an electric stage show.

For a chance to see Little Pill live in action, catch the show at Bar Indigo on Saturday, December 10.
