The internationally acclaimed Sydney Dance Company is bringing its high-octane fusion of dance, language, sound and light to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre this month.

Artistic director Rafael Bonachela has created the award-winning piece 2 One Another, which weaves a vivid, exultant and sensual study of human interaction, charting the myriad actions and reactions, gestures and relationships, connections and disconnections that make up a life.

Set against a pulsing, pixelated backdrop, the dance thrums with a driving, baroque-meets-electronica soundtrack, penned by composer Nick Wales.

The show is shot through with the poetry fragments of Samuel Webster.

The show won 2013 Australian Dance Awards for most outstanding choreography, most outstanding female dancer and most outstanding performance by a company.

Tickets cost $49 for adults, $47 for concessions, $45 for FOMPAC members and $30 for people under 25.
