Producers seek actors for classic production
Avid actors are being urged to audition for classic family musical The Wind in the Willows, to be staged at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre Boardwalk Theatre during the October school holidays.
Directed by Cat Baxter and choreographed by Allen Blachford, the unforgettable characters from Kenneth Grahame’s beloved classic spring to life in this Broadway musical adaptation.
Mole, a curious girl who leaves her underground life for one of adventure, meets Ratty, a kind water rat, who agrees to show her the world.
That world includes the eccentric and wealthy Mr Toad, whose outrageous enthusiasm for life and penchant for fast motorcars brings trouble for everyone.
Auditions will be held July 14 at All About Dance Company, unit 2/5 Blackburn Drive, Port Kennedy.
