Children will be swept up in the magic of a new musical comedy for the young and young at heart.

Australian children’s entertainers The Kazoo’s are bringing their latest slapstick comedy A Teddy Bear’s Picnic to Koorliny Arts Centre on April 11.

A fast-paced ride full of silliness, dance and music, the show aimed at children aged 18-months to eight-years-old will take place on a magical oasis where anything can happen.

Children will meet a toothless crocodile, a happy shark and Big Brown Bear and are encouraged to bring along their own teddy bears.

The Kazoos, husband and wife duo Chris and Celia Hill, have been entertaining families since 2005.

Ms Hill said they had enjoyed touring WA last year and were excited to be coming back to the Koorliny Arts Centre.

“This latest show'''' A Teddy Bears Picnic was created last year as a DVD and the kids at the filming had such a good time that we decided to develop it into a show and take it on the road,” she said.

The Hills began performing in bars around Melbourne but after the birth of their daughter Stella discovered they loved writing and performing educational and fun kids music more.

A Teddy Bear’s Picnic will feature a host of original songs, dance, adventure and plenty of humour, it is sure to leave children mesmerised.
