Waterways place town in top 50

Mandurah has been named as one of Australia’s 50 Best Small Towns by an international travel website.

Discount My Flights, which is an affiliate of Flight Network, named the WA town on its short list of must-see destinations in another boost for the Peel city.

Mandurah and Peel Tourism Organisation Karen Priest said the feedback received on Mandurah’s entry highlighted its incredible waterways.

“If you live here or promote the region, you know what we have is very special,” she said.

“We have always known that Mandurah is one of Australia’s best places, however now it’s official.

“ It’s very gratifying to have this recognised by a respected global travel website from a national competition.”
