Baldivis post office recognised

Sound Telegraph

The Baldivis Post Office has been recognised by Australia Post for its outstanding customer service, after it was a recipient of this year’s Australia Post Licensee Awards.

Taking fifth place for Western Australia, the Baldivis Post Office received the award for excellence in customer service and post office operations, as well as its contribution to its local community.

Australia Post State Manager Donna Vecchio said the Baldivis Post Office is a deserving winner.

“Post Offices play such an important role in our communities, providing our customers with ease, choice and convenience in accessing important services,” she said.

“It’s only fitting that we recognise and celebrate the wonderful service they continue to provide their customers every day, and Baldivis Post Office has been at the heart of the local Baldivis community.

“Our customers can already access a range of services across our Post Office network, and we’re happy to confirm Australia Post will continue to offer passport services until 30 June 2018.”

Ocean Reef, High Wycombe, Bakers Hill and Halls Creek rounded out the other winners in the top five.

The Baldivis Post Office is located at Unit 6, 10 Atwick Terrace, Baldivis and is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.
