Former West Coast Eagles player Bradd Dalziell and mascot Rick the Rock Eagle visited students at Rockingham Senior High School Education Support Centre earlier this month as part of the Eagles Rock My School program.

Together they taught students about the importance of keeping active and healthy lifestyles.

Students participated in some easy exercises such as star jumps and jogging on the spot.

Students will have the chance to participate in a reading clinic or football clinic when the program returns at the end of term 2.

The Eagles Rock My School program aims to deliver messages of respect, health and education to students across WA.
