Emergency service crews battle Merope Close house fire
Nine fire crews battled a house fire at a unit on Merope Close in Rockingham on Friday.
Crews were called to the fire, which caused about $350,000 damage, at 9.32am.

The fire caused significant damage to the home, also resulting in smoke and fire damage to two neighbouring units.
The homeowners were not home when the unit caught fire.
The cause of the blaze was accidental.
