The former king of talkback radio Alan Jones allegedly rubbed the penis of man “directly employed” by him and squeezed the bottom of another man, newly released court documents have revealed.

The documents, released by the court on Wednesday, detail startling allegations police have made against the former 2GB radio host before he faces court for the first time later this month.

Jones is facing 26 charges, including committing an aggravated indecent act and sexually touching a person without consent in relation to nine separate complainants, ranging from January 2005 to 2019.

Police allege the acts occurred at a range of locations, including Jones’ former residence in Newtown, his luxury Circular Quay apartment, and a property at Fitzroy Falls in the Southern Highlands.

Of the 26 allegations made by police, 10 relate to a person – known as Complainant C – who officers claim “was under the authority of the accused by reason of being directly employed” by him.

The allegations brought on behalf of Complainant C include accusations Jones touched the man’s knee, leg, and inner thigh; touched and rubbed his penis, and repeatedly kissed him on the lips as late as 2009.

Jones is further alleged to have kissed another man – Complainant A – “with tongue” at Fitzroy Falls in January 2017, and to have fondled the penis of, and kissed, Complainant B at Newtown.

The radio giant is further alleged to have “touched his penis, pulling his scrotum” of Complainant D sometime in 2008 at Kiama, as well as stroking his right thigh and touching his bottom.

While in Alexandria, police allege Jones touched the mid-thigh of, and assaulted, Complainant E; in Sydney, he allegedly squeezed another man’s bottom, and touched the leg of another man.

Jones is also alleged to have sexually touched without consent a man at Sydney in 2019 – the latest of the allegations – and assaulted, sexually touched, and kissed another man on the mouth.

Police charged the former radio host and political insider with the slew of offences after arresting him at his harbourside apartment after a raid on the morning of November 18.

He was granted conditional bail and will next appear in Downing Centre Local Court on December 18.

While no pleas have been entered, Jones reiterated his denial of the allegations in a five-minute video released in March. He is being represented by high-profile lawyers Chris Murphy and Bryan Wrench.
