'Telegraph 'readers have a chance to look their best in time for summer thanks to the Rockingham Shopping Centre's Look Lounge.

The lounge, which opened in June, gives customers a chance to enhance their wardrobe under the care of personal stylist Robyn Paterson.

"Women learn how to define and refine their own sense of personal style," she said.

"A well-dressed woman always has a defined style."

The Look Lounge services include group workshops, personal shopping trips and wardrobe audits.

"The services include a body shape analysis and rules about what to wear and what to avoid for your shape," Mrs Paterson said.

"It's based on their budget, how many items they need and what they want to shop for.

"I can go store to store with them and don't allow them to make any mistakes.

"I'm very much into affordable fashion - I never have any problems finding outfits for people."

She said customers walked away with added confidence.

"I had one lady who cried when I put her in a dress because she never thought she could wear a dress," she said.

Shoalwater resident Tracey West said the group workshop was enlightening and inspiring.

"I found out I'm a completely different shape to what I thought I was," she said.

"I've gone and bought a few new pieces based on what I learnt."

The next Look Lounge workshop will be held from 10am to 1pm on Tuesday, November 18.
