Serpentine teen in court over crash death
A Serpentine teenager appeared at Rockingham Magistrate's Court last Wednesday, charged with one count of dangerous driving resulting in death. The court was asked to release a recorded interview with Oscar Graetz to police major crash investigators, after the death of a 17-year-old Port Kennedy motorcyclist on April 18.
The court was asked to lift sanctions banning Mr Graetz from leaving WA so he could travel in September.
The 18-year-old was not required to enter a plea and was bailed to appear in Perth Magistrate's Court on August 20.
